  2. Subscription modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

5. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to select pincodes in Mumbai. Our website will only accept orders from these specific pincodes.
  • Deliveries are made daily between 8 AM and 12 PM. Free delivery is available as a limited-time offer.
  • You will receive a delivery confirmation once your subscription starts. Daily confirmations are not provided.

6. Bottle Return Policy

  • Our delivery agent will collect the previous day’s empty glass bottle during each delivery. Please ensure the bottle is clean and ready for return.
  • Failure to return the bottle may result in an additional charge to cover the cost of the bottle.

7. Return and Refund Policy

  • You may return a juice bottle if it is spilled, leaking, or not part of your ordered package. The issue must be reported at the time of delivery or within 10 minutes if the delivery agent has left.
  • To return, take a photo of the juice bottle and WhatsApp it to our customer service with a description of the problem.
  • No refunds are given for empty or half-filled bottles, or based on personal taste preferences.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elixzr or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Elixzr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.
