Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- Spilled or Leaking Bottles: If you receive a juice bottle that is spilled or leaking, it is eligible for return.
- Incorrect Package: If you receive a product that is not part of your ordered package, it is eligible for return.
Reporting a Problem:
- At the Time of Delivery: If you notice a spill or leakage at the time of delivery, please report it immediately to the delivery agent and hand over the damaged bottle.
- Within 10 Minutes of Delivery: If the delivery agent has already left, you must report the issue within 10 minutes of delivery. The bottle must be returned completely filled the next day.
Return Process:
- Document the Issue: Take a clear photo of the spilled or leaking juice bottle.
- Contact Us: WhatsApp the photo along with a description of the problem to our customer service team at 9082774400
- Return the Product: Ensure the bottle is completely filled when returning it the next day. Empty or half-filled bottles will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Personal Taste Preferences: We do not offer refunds based on personal opinions regarding the taste of our juices.
- Partially Consumed Products: No refunds will be given for empty or half-filled bottles.
